can't get Zenfire feed to work

I get the following message upon connection:

"Error on loading chart data for 'YM 03-08 ECbot':Ninjatrader data server does not support this instrument, no data available.

I am able to connect to Esignal no problem and open and fill charts. If I open the same workspace or a new chart, with the Zenfire connection, I get the same message. When I connect to Zenfire it appears to be ok, as I get no errors and I get the audible indicating connection.

Any suggestions?

Seems as thought I can't can't any CBOT data to load, ES worked fine. I tried editing the symbols from Ecbot to Globex just for the hell of it, didn't change anything.
