No change on Market Analyser for one future

Hello,

If I insert the future CAC40 (french future) on Market analyser with some simple indicators ,these variables doesn't move anymore.(another example , last price is empty).
I have tried with the US futures (ES ) and then, for this instrument, the indicators change.
So I don't understand why this doesn't work on my future (CAC40 02-08) even I have the chart on the screen.

If somenone could help me ? please.

Is there data coming into your chart at the current moment? If real-time data comes into your chart it should come into the MA for the same instrument.

Yes, I receive real time data into my charts at the same moment. But on the MA, indicators are fixed (only value when I open MA and then, any changes).
I don't understand why this works on ES and not CAC40 - I receive the same real time data from IB. And charts are open.

Does the last price column in the MA for CAC update? It should show the same value as the chart last trade.

No the column "last price" is empty , at the MA open and when the real time is on. No more value for this future. Even, I receive it (last price) on the chart.
It's only for the future CAC40.
I have try for the index CAC40. I receive last price, but other columns doesn't change (some simple indicators like stochastic).

For ES, all the same columns are OK. i receive all data and they are actualised.

If you select the instrument in the Control Center --> Do you see market data?

In the first "onglet" orders, I select future/CAC40/02-08 and I have no data appears. (n/a).
If I select another future (like ER2 or ES) , bid/ask/last are OK.

I don't understand why only CAC40 future doesn't work (I'm trading this).

Sorry, but I have destroy this instrument on list on "instrument manager". And I have create it again, same contract.
And now I have last price on control center and on MA.

The destroy and re-creation perhaps has re-active data reception on this intrument.

It's perhaps OK. I will try tomorrow when the market opens.
