View Full Version : NT6.5 hangs up when connecting to IB 877

Help !

when I connect to IB 877 it begins to download data but when it gets to the last symbol, it freezes up and will not finish. The task manager says that the program is running, but the program does not continue, even after 10 - 15 minutes. I also get the error messages shown in the attached .gif

what up?

Hello Steveh2,

Do you have any third party indicators/strategies installed with NinjaTrader. If so, which ones. Please uninstall these and check if the issue persists.
