Something's Not Right With Dynamic DOM

My Dynamic DOM shows a 1-tick difference on highlighted bid and ask vs. the Static DOM and my TradeStation Quote Feed. Why is this? It's as if it's a tick behind.

Here it is. Again, Static and TradeStation quotes agree all the time.
