No data for the YM using Patsystems...

Hello...i been having trouble getting data for the YM (ES, NQ work fine) using patsystem since yesterday, it was fine mon & tuesday. I spoke with my broker's tech support, he said patsystem might not be problem since he was getting the data using another platform, it might be how NT was acquiring the data.

i have updated the NT for the YM migration and in the instrument manager, i have globex exchange. so everything seems fine, but not sure why i can't get the data for YM. well, here is a log file, it says exchange CME_CBOT not supported by ninjatrader - what does that mean? and is there any way i can fix this issue?

Since it worked Mon and Tue something must has changed since then:
- NT code base has not changed, so NT can't be source of the trouble
- did you change your YM setup in the instrument manager?
- if no, then your broker has changed something on his end

a) who's your broker?
b) could you please email me your Pats account credentials to "support AT ninjatrader DOT com" so our team could take a look?

Note: the logs message you're referring to is irrelevant for this issue. We'll filter it out with next release. Thanks for reporting.

thank you for the reply. and my broker is global futures...and my patsystem information is sent.

i didn't change anything from my instrument manager YM, what could have i done? (maybe i am not aware of it)
