I recently installed the latest upgrade to NT5 and nowcannot connect to my IB acccount. Also I can connect to ESignal through NT5 ok.

I can log in directly to IB without NT being on. I have checked and re-checked the settings in NT and my IB account and cannot determine what is causing this.

I have been using NT for several years and this is the first time I cannot debug this connection problem.

Any ideas, suggestions, etc?

1) Does your IB connection menu show up under File-->Connect?
2) If yes to 1, what exactly happens when you try to connect via this menu? Is there any connection error messages under the log tab?

The connection attempt times out. There are no error messages in the log.
