Can't place orders in 2nd IB account that is connected 2nd

When trying to place orders in a second DOM connected to a 2nd IB account, theaccount I connected to after connecting to the 1st IB account I get the following error message.."unable to submit order now no market data available Affected Ouder." The DOM is displaying depth of market and is connected to TWS on the 1st and 2nd accounts. If I disconnect from the 1st account, switch to a different symbol, switch back to the original symbol, then orders are place normally. Both DOMs set to DisplaySelectedStrategyOnly, which is what I desire. If I reverse the order of connecting to the accounts, acct #2 first and then acct #1 second, then I can only place orders on account #2 which was the first account connected. Even if I close all but 1 DOM still get error for orders placed on the 2nd account that is connected. Running MultiBroker Edition V5.0.1000.5 Any ideas?

In the IB connection options there is an option "Require market data..." or something close to that, uncheck this option for both of your IB connections.
