Odd Behavior With Middle Mouse Button`

When two charts are overalpping, depressing the middle mouse button to view the mini data box, brings the chart behind to the front, displaying it's mini data box.

I can't seem to reproduce this behavior. Are you experiencing this with blank charts or ones with indicators loaded onto them?
