Performance Graphs Do Not Display

Using Ninja 5.0.1000.5 and have not been able to display graphs on my multimonitor system. I am using a ColorGraphic quad PCIe card that displays 4-1600x1200 screens in portrait mode. Other charting software works fine including the Ninja chartsand I can get the Ninja performance reports butI have never been able to get the preformance graphsto display.

Pretty strange ...
a) do you get an error or does is just not display (blank control)?
b) can you please send a screenshot of the graphs to support?
c) Could you try on a "standard-setup" PC

General: NT charting is based on .NET, so this most likely would be a .NET issue.

Since receiving yourresponse I didre-pivot one of myfour monitors back to landscape mode and noticed the following:

1) I received the full Ninja splash title vs only the very bottom version

2) Graphs displayed fine if the graphs where generated while the control center was within thelandscape screen. Generating the graphs on one of the portrait screens on the same desktop caused the no display issue.

3) Another symptom when using portrait mode is that MS Office Picture View did not work nor did any streaming video from MSN.

I suspect .Net Framework 2.0 will clear this up but is NinjaTrader, built on .Net Framework 1.1, compatible? If not, is there a plan to migrate to .Net 2.0? Thanks.
