Super Dome did not reload after a reboot

My mouse froze and I rebooted my PC and reopened Ninja 5. there was an open Sim position but the 2 domes with my personal colour colums for buy and sell did not reload. I was unable to adjust the open sim position or find the missing dome where it was originally put on.

Is this s sim thing or could this also happen in real? If so how do I get the original dome back?

Workspace information is saved on application shut down. Since you did a hard reboot of your PC, the DOM settings were lost. You have to recreate it. I suggest creating a workspace, shutting down so the setting are stored, then restart.
