Why is there no option to choose the start time for an indicator?

If I use an indicator A for a strategy back test, there is an option to set the start and end of the day. So I am wondering why there isn't the same option for the same indicator used as a column in the MA?

Please right click on the Market Analyzer and select "Properties", you will see session start and end time.
