Is it possible to link the charts to the Market Analyzer wherby you double click on the instrument on the MA and a chart opens up?

You can do linking to charts that are already open. The little square on the top right is what you need to use to link. Change the chart and the Market Analyzer to the same color.

You can also highlight a row (instrument) then right click and select the Send To > Chart.
