Cannot Re-Set Black Foreground Color Condition

In setting a color condition for a column of the Market Analyzer, I found that if the foreground color is set to other than Black, it cannot be set back to Black, and when this is attempted, it sets the background color to white instead. (See before & after screen shots.)

This error was found in 6.0.1000.7. I haven't checked to see if this occurs in 6.5
