Performance Manager Not recording anything

I have version 5.0.1000.1 installed and performance manager is non-functional and the help feature cannot send to suppot. Any ideas?

Can you upgrade to our current version which is V5.0.1000.3 You can do so from Help--> Download

Thanks for your reply. I went to the help menu in here and there was no download available. It only talked about the forum. I will see if there is a link from an old email that might get me to the download section from there. There doesn't appear to be any way to get to the home page of the Ninja site from here or am I missing something?
