In the ATM Strategy, I entered a profit target of 3.5 ticks or a price of .35 for er2 but it's not accepting it.
Is this not allowed?

That is correct. You will need to submit prices based on multiples of ticks. A tick is the smallest price change so you can't do 0.5 of a tick.
