Problem with ATM strategy

I have an ATM strategy that targets 4 ticks for 2 contracts and uses a trailing stop for a third contract. Sometimes it works correctly and sometimes it doesn't. It often sets a 4 tick target for all 3 contracts. I've seen this happening on both the long and short side. I've tried saving the strategy right before I use it and that used to work but not anymore. It's still inconsistent. The problem is on both 6.0 and 6.5.

Thanks. I have been saving the strategy correctly. I've isolated the problem a little further. The bug seems to be mainly when I have more than one limit order on my SuperDOM. The first order that executes has the incorrect targets. The last few times I've tried it, with either a market order or a single limit order, it's worked ok.
