Login Failed - Zenfire

I have not been able to login to Zenfire for 2 hours this morning. Error 10004

Everything else is working fine and I can get YM feed from OpenTick...so I assume the problem is with Zenfire.

Anyone else having this problem this morning?

This problem no longer should exist

I am connected now after closing/opeing NT.

It would not connect until I closed/opened NT...which I had tried several times before.

What causes this problem so I know for the future please.
