- Delete any instances of any NinjaTrader installer on your PC
- Clear temporary internet files (browser cache) in your browser
- Try downloading again

Hi,
Please try a different browser. Mozilla Firefox for example.
If this doesn't for you, please send a note to support at ninjatrader dot com with in the subject 'For Vince' and I will further assist.

I know this is an old thread, but I'm having the same problem (same exact file in error window), with both the current version and the beta version. I've tried using Internet Explorer and Mozilla.
Sending you an email, Vince.

NT 6.5.1000.1
Hello.
A custom indicator developer is asking me to 'repair Ninjatrader 6.5' on my workstation. But when I try that, I see the following message,
the repair attempt is ending with "A network error occurred with attempting to read from the file: C:\docume~1\rcs\locals~1\temp\tmp148.tmp
Not sure why install process is trying to access a temp file which no longer exists. But if I try to 'remove NT 6.5' and reinstall, will it wipe out any of my installed custom indicators ?
