I do like the features of of NT and keep coming back to it despite prior problems. However, and I may be in a minority voice here, a DOM should never crash or freeze. The charts can freeze, the indicators can stop, errors can pop up, but the DOM should never freeze and crash the application.

Could any one replicate this NT DOM freeze? Set up a straight forward 3 target strategy trading 3 contracts, 3 targets and one stop and enter a trade in simulation. Once the trade started, and this is using a Zenfire feed, try to change the first target contract number, perhaps from 1 to 3. What I have observed a few times is that you will get repeated 'order pending' voice prompts and then the DOM and then the charts and NT control panel will eventually freeze. You can restart NT and come back to hundreds of orders pending. This doesn't seem to be datafeed related, although I can't be perfectly certain.

Looks like a bug, thanks for reporting. Could you send a mail via the application Help > Mail to Support menu and in the subject include "For Ray" and reference this post?

Thanks.

- If you can remember the steps you took to get this behaviour please include in the email. As detailed as possible is helpful.
- Once you are done, reset your simulation account to clear out all of these orders via Tools > Options > Simulator > Reset
