Hi,

Try this:

1) Uninstall NT5 (if installed)

2) Clear you browser cache. This is different from browser to browser. On IE6: Tools->Internet Options->section “Temporary internet files”->Remove files.

3) Download NT5 again

4) Install NT5

I tried to update to the latest version and I also got the error message: The cabinet file'_C6D21C6DC9ADA856B1D18AA5C4FEC711' ...........

I tried that and still got that blasted message. I purged, deleted, flushed, uninstalled, downloaded till I turned blue. Over 3 hours last night. I was never able to install the most recent update. Fortunately I still had my original download from several weeks ago, on my hard drive and that installed fine. So, today, I am back at square one running an old version.

Here is the procedure. Skip over what you have already tried.

1) Install from http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/ninjatrader/nt5/ntsetup.exe (http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/ninjatrader/nt5/ntsetup.exe)

2) If 1 fails, install from http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/ninjatrader/nt5/NinjaTrader.Install.msi (http://www.ninjatrader-support.com/ninjatrader/nt5/NinjaTrader.Install.msi)

3) If 2 fails, reboot PC, then click on the link from step 2, then save it to disk. Once saved, double click on the saved file and install from there.

Please let me know.

Hmm, weird. Please try this (I suspect you use IE as browser):
a) Clear out your browser cache by Tools->Internet Options->Temporary Internet files->Remove files
b) Try (2) and (3) again
