Connect similar Candlesticks

Hi,

Can anyone here whip up a simple indicator to draw a ray when a close on high bar is made from the previous close on high bar. As more close on high bars are made, an alert is sounded and more rays are drawn, always staying on the chart.

I'm having trouble getting started and need to see the basics.
