View Full Version : Eurex New API - TT Connection

I'm experiencing issues with Eurex since the upgrade at the exchange this past weekend. Before this weekend software upgrade at the exchange, my profit targets were submitted lightning fast after my order was filled. Now they take a few seconds to show up. Is there anyway to tell how fast the orders are being submitted and where the slowdown is coming from?

I realize that this may be an issue with the TT fix adapter but I think you need to be aware of it to ensure a timely fix.

Unfortunately there is not. Nothing has changed with NinjaTrader and therefore the delay you experienced is downstream from NinjaTrader.

Hi Ray,

When I place a strategy in SIM mode the target and stop are placed OK. When I place the same strategy in live mode the target and stop are missing and I have to enter them manually?

Know any cause for this?

Are there any errors with the placement of these orders that show up in your log tab of the Control Center window?

hi Ray the message i get when i place an order is, :order event warning attribute. "outside regular trading hours is ignored based on the type and destination. place order is now being processed. the order does go on but with no strategy ???? thankyou any thoughts. Drung

Is the order initially getting rejected by chance? Is this an ATM strategy or NinjaScript strategy?

To clarify, could you test the following -

- Submit a limit order --> Does it come back working?
- Submit a stop market order --> Does it come back accepted or working?
- Submit a stop limit order --> Does it come back accepted or working?
- What broker?

hi ray, can you help me with my profit factor for my days trading, i am unable to get my single days , it keeps giving me from 2nd april although i set 7th to 7th. any ideas. yours Drung

HI Drung,

Please try repairing your database.
Go to Tools--> Options--> Misc tab--> Repair DB. Now restart and generate a report.

Yes they all work . my broker is inter active brokers. still wont take template orders ??

Hi Drung,

Can you please ensure you are running both NinjaTrader 6.5.1000.1 and TWS 882. You can check this under Help-->About (NT) and Help-->About TradersWorkstation (TWS).

If you are not running these versions, you can download them from the links below.

Check if the issue persists upon running these versions.
