Visually display Bid/Ask

I'm attaching an indicator that draws a line at the current Bid and a line at the current Ask. You can also select whether or not to write those numerical values on the chart.

Here's the new features:

1) View the spread as a decimal
2) View the Bid/Ask values
3) View both the spread as a decimal and the bid/ask values
4) You can change the location of the display (BottomRight, TopLeft, etc)
5) Change the color and thickness of the Bid/Ask lines
6) Change the length of the Bid/Ask lines
7) Turn on/off either or both Bid/Ask lines
8) Change the linestyle of the Bid/Ask lines
