Slow loading Market Analyser

MA is still very slow to load in 6.5
The example in the attached screen shot will take several minutes to load .. even without the data feed attached.
ie just using the stored historical data.

I then get another 2 to 5 minute delay when I connect a data feed.
In this case IQfeed.

This problem is made worse by the dreaded 'Loading Data' always-on-top dialog box... It stays there during the whole loading process and NT is pretty much crippled until its finished.

#of bars to look back is 100 ... which is the default

Tried again with 50 bars.. it helps a bit, but it's still slow.

Problem is definately worse when using tick/volume based indicators.

Another way to trigger the slowness is to disconnect/reconnect the data feed when you have one of these MAs displayed.

It's approx 2 to 5 minutes before all the 'loading data' is done.

Try it with that template I attached, and IQfeed.

Sub-minute time frames definitely cause performance issues. We wanted to take a look again. Could you please send:
