TT data

When I connect using TT the data starts from that point and does not download x number of days set in the data for the chart setups or even earlier that day. Im not using the 64 bit.

Thank you for your post.

Are you use a free simulation license key or a live license key you had purchased? You do not need to provide me the license key, however I will need to know the type of the license you are using. You can check this by going to Help--> About

A live license will say "Regular" and a free license will say "SimulationOnly"

Thanks for the clarifiaction.

With a Simulation license key and Trading Technologies, you will not have access to any historical data. Chart bars will however be built as time passes so if you left NinjaTrader running with an open chart for 60 minutes you would have a 1 minute chart with an hour of historical data on it.

Once you purchased a live license, you will have access to historical data with your TT connection.
