Range Bar % Complete

It appears that Bars.PercentComplete is not supported for Range Bars. Is this by design, and will Range Bars be supported in the future?
I can work around it, but would be handy for compatibility/consistency with other bar types.

Yes, this is by design, I will update DOC.

By definition, range bars do not have a counter based (tick or volume bars) nor time based (minute bars) component thus you can never have a % complete.
