When trying to start NT, I get the following Message window....
Login failed: MBT Navigator login failed, please check the username/password
The username and password entered are correct. What might be the issue and how should I resolve it?

Please do this:
- start NT
- Tools->Options->check Show diagnostics tab->Ok
- Diagnostics tab->Check "Order", "Connect" and "To File Only"
- Try to connect (will still fail)
- send us trace/log files via Help->Mail to Support referring to this post.
Also: Which MBT Nav version are you using?

I tried to send an email...but got the error message......
Failed to send mail
The transport failed to connect to the server.
Also I could not attach the log as I got another error message.....
Invalid file type

Well, it's pretty clear that the API function to login to MBT fails. The only known cause is invalid username and password.
1) Please verify that you set up the connection using correct username and password.
2) If you still can not connect -> please contact us via PM since we probably need to access your live account.
