Hello,
I just opened an account with RCG and am considering to use NinjaTrader as my execution platform.
How does the datafeed work? Do I subscribe to some quote service, or how? Please help, i'm confused about this...
Thanks

Your RCG account provides the real-time data feed. That's it.

So it's not connected to eSignal or anything like that?
While I have you on this post, does ninja trader support automated execution for the Tradestation 8.1 software (most recent version)?

V5 will support eSignal connections if you have an eSignal account. Both V4 and V5 support TS automated trading. V5 is much more powerful and streamlined for this than V4.

Another question.
What datafeed services does NinjaTrader support and which datafeed service is the fastest?
Re automated trading using Tradestation, do I need to have a Tradestation brokerage account in order to automatically execute the orders? Or can I have the Tradestation software send trading signals to Ninja Trader to execute on my RCG account?
Thanks!

With V5 we support eSignal, DTNiQ and Track Data for pure data feed services. We do not perform internal comparison tests on the connectivity providers that we support.
You do not need a TS brokerage account, the software is sufficient in order to automate signals from TS to your RCG account.

Hi,
You need to subscribe to the Patsystems Standard Edition

Do any of the brokers data feeds thatNT supports have unfiltered tick data ?
Patsystems data seems to filter out all sequential same price ticks. Are there any available NT supported streams that have all the ticks ??
thanks !

I don't know if any of the brokers supported by NT now or in future really will give you each any every tick.
