.Net Framework Version 1.1.4322 ?

Hi:

I'm new to NT and I am running into a problem with regards to installing the Ninja Trader 5. It says I need to download .Net Framework Version 1.1.4322 but I can 't find that version available via Microsfot website. I tried some other versions but none worked. Can you offer me any suggestions regarding that? I tried a search for such version and it comes up as no results found.
