Attached is the indicator described in the TASC by Larry Williams.

I have made a few modifications and added additional functionalities by normalizing the indicator.

The default seetings are for 15 minute bars(untested).

In the properties, a section called Options has two choices.
1 Original - by default set to true
2. Reverse - by default set to false.

Original would yield the indicator as described in the TASC article. LW suggest using 22 for all periods .
AvglL - Period for the Black Dotted Line is average of the signal;
AvgD - Period for the Gold Dotted average also used for calculating the standard deviation for the signal
StdL - Period used to calculated the Standard Deviation
StdF - Standard Deviation Factor similar to BBands;

My prefernence for the 15 minute bars are default with Original set to false.

There are additional modifications that can be made to the above.
Using the highest low of the signal once the lower band has been crossed seems to provide a good refernce level. Reverse of this also seems to be effective.

Signal at 100 within the lowerband or signal at 0 within the upperband sugest reversal.

Also signal at 0 or 100 and the slopes of the two averages seems to point to Buy and Sell setups.

Any suggestions and/or comments would be great.

Hope this helps.

I'm not sure I understand the indicator, therefore I don't see the usefulness of it. Therefore the first 3 categories of the survey are not answers I'd pick.

However, I'm not likely to be so critical of something that I don't understand that I'd call it "Garbage".

Therefore, I think you should add a couple of more options to your survey: "Don't understand", "Need more data", or perhaps "WTF?" if you want to be less analytical, etc.

On the other hand, if I did understand it, and found it completely unuseful, I guess its possible I'd vote "Garbage". Perhaps a better category would be something like "Not useful" or "Unknown usefulness".
