I've been trading SIM for ages.
Just switched to live.
I place a stop limit order. It shows in IB. Then after a few seconds it disappears from Ninja. Then a few seconds later, it disappears from IB.

Still cannot place a live order. Same problem. I'm contacting IB to see if there is a problem their end.

What does the log file say? Are these orders getting rejected/cancelled?

Does the log say why the order was cancelled? Is there an error message?
