When I have a trade open on the chart, Ctrl-Arrow will not resize.

Could you provide exact steps to reproduce.
Here is what I have done.
- Open chart
- Connect
- Enable Chart Trader
- Place a limit sell order
- Press CTRL-Up Arrow and CTRL-Down Arrow
---> Works as expected
