SuperDom and StaticDom have no prices on the ladder this morning. I shut down and restarted - same thing. Any idea what to do? Thanks.

I get a message "you must disconnect from all open connections prior to repairing the database" - I don't have anything else open however.

Please go to File-->Disconnect and disconnect from any live connections you may have running at this time then Repair DB.

I would not suggest a reinstall at this point. Can you please tell me what data provider you are connecting too and what instrument with expiry you are selecting.

datafeed is ZenFire - data on charts seems to be coming in - instrument is the TF6-11

Please close all your open workspaces by going to the Control Panel-->File-->Workspaces-->Close Workspace

After you have closed all workspaces please create a new workspace by going to the Control Center-->File-->Workspaces-->New Workspace

Within the new workspace please open a new SuperDOM and let me know if data is available.

We also use Zenfire and we see the Level-2 numbers come and go on the SuperDOM as well.

One of my traders says she sees the numbers disappear when doing replay. This used to happen frequently -- but these problems seemed to go away when I upgraded her to 7.0.1000.3 a few weeks back.

She just told me she was having the same lack of level-2 numbers display on replaying the "6E" (Euro), but I checked the MyDocuments\NinjaTrader7\db\data\<date> folder and found that there was no level 2 market replay recording file ("6E 96011.nt2") in the folder for today.

It seems she didn't have the SuperDOM open today for the 6E, so no file was created, so no replay possible (without downloading a replay file, of course.)

Problem solved.
