Open position on close down

Something went wrong with a SIM trade and I am left with an open position that I cannot close. I cannot see any details. I just get the warning window when I close down.

This is the second time it has happened.

I upgraded to the latest version, but the problem persists.

Have you viewed the Log? Otherwise send an email to support@ninjatrader.com (mailto:support@ninjatrader.com) and I'll tell you how to send it over to me.

If you have an open position in Sim mode and you want to get rid of it, you need to delete the following file and restart NinjaTrader:

C:\Program Files\NinjaTrader 4\Data\accountData.xml

Will deleting that file also delete previous trade history, so that I can't run Performance Manager?

No, you will still be able to generate reports from historical trades in the Performance Manager
