If you didn't import or merge settings upon opening first time.....is there a way after the fact?

There is nothing in the user interface that would allow this but I will check if there is a simple back door approach is possible.

Hi Ashish:
That is interesting as we have had no other reports.
What happens when you close your chart and open a New Chart under File > New > Chart?
Can you re-produce this behavior? Could you please provide exact steps.
Which datafeed/broker connection are you connected to? Also, in which connection sequence (i.e. I connect to Open Tick and then IB)?
Which instrument are you attempting to receive data for?
Have you installed any 3rd Party NinjaTrader indicators/strategies? If yes, please specify which ones and of which version (if possible).
Best regards,
ashish

Hi Ashish:
Thank you for replying.
Let's try this...
Please disconnect, shutdown NT and restart the application.
Connect again to Zenfire and open a new chart of the ES.
Then go to your log tab in the NT Control Center.
Do you receive any error messages about "Unable to connect to historical data server"?

Try this -
- Shut down NT6.5
- Manually delete the file My Documents\NinjaTrader 6.5\log\install.xml
- Restart

On the chatrs,where/how does the time get calculated. My charts in6.5 are 1 hr off from my machine time. is it possible 'time zone' has something to do with the calc?

Please ensure your session begins/ends times under chart properties are in sync with your local pc clock time.
Also, please ensure your local pc clock is synched to the correct date/time.
