Commissions Don't Appear

I am trading crude oil (ticker symbol: CL) through Interactive Brokers and have set up a commission structure of $2.75 per side (roundturn = $5.50) both in the Options Commission tab and the Instrument Manager; however, when I review a trade summary, commissions do not appear.

I have set up the commission structure as shown below:

Hi David,

Thank you for your post.

Have you submited orders after you have set up your commissions? The commissions will not calculate for orders that were submited prior to the commission set up.

Have you also generated a report in the Performance section?

Please try the following:
- Submit an order and then close it out
- Now go to the performance section and generate a report for today. Is the commission calculated for the order?

Thank you for your prompt reply.

Yes, I did set up the commission structure both globally through the Options Commissions window and specifically through the Instrument Manager PRIOR to trading; nevertheless, commissions did not appear when I generated a trading performance review as you suggested.

Have you checked 'Apply commission to PnL calculations'?

You can check this under Tools--> Options--> General tab.
