DOM Not displaying depth for stocks

Hi

I am using Kinetick and recently signed up to receive market depth/L2 for stocks.

I can see the depth on L2 but I prefer a price ladder. Right now, I can't see the depth on the price ladder, although it's visible on L2.

As you can see from the attached picture - I only get 1 level visible on the DOM.

Hi Pete,

Unfortunately this is expected. Market depth on the DOM is only available for futures. For FOREX and stocks you must use the level II window.

Not on std DOM...

But I fixed my version so it collates the L2 info and puts it onto my DOM.

It's OK as long as it's a fairly liquid stock and not one of the really high priced stocks. If there's huge gaps between the bid/offer levels, it doesn't work so well.

But I don't see and prices on the DOM. Do I miss something?
