Chart trader default prefs

I set my chart trader preferences, click the button to set these as default, and then when I create a new chart and open chart trader, the preferences are not what I set as default. What is the problem?

Hi Josh,

After saving your Chart trader, can you save the entire chart as part of a workspace as well. Then restart the software and open up your workspace. The chart should come up with all the settings as you have left and saved them.

That isn't the problem--when I create a NEW chart, it doesn't restore the preferences. It has nothing to do with saving the workspace...
