Are there any tutorials beyond the two short videos in the video library?

For instance, once the entry parameters have been met, if I wanted to learn how to use the wizard to create a long entry position using a limit order at $.02 above current bid price where would I go to learn how to do that?

Not at this time. We are working on developing more educational resources for the wizard. The Help Guide Strategy Wizard section does provide guidance on the basic building blocks required to accomplish what you are after.
