Theprice's on my Euro Superdome are not constant with my charts in Esignal. What could be going on? There is normally a price difference of 10-12 pips.I am using Beta5. Also twice this morning NT lost connection. It tried 3 times to re-connect within about 3-5 seconds. Then NT just stopped trying to connect. I have to completely close NT down then re-start and all will be fine. Ray, can you please help me with these problems? :X

No I can't help you but I wish I could. Lagging DOM/price display and disconnects are not a function of NT. NT for the most part is reactionary. It is driven by user input and broker input. If the feed is lagging it is because the broker data feed is sending you delayed data. If you are experiencing disconnects, it's because the servers NT connects is not providing back any response. This could be because of your internet connection, the brokers connection, the broker' servers etc.
