My stop loss was Rejected.

Hi, had the problem. Instrument CL-03-11, Data : ZenFire(DEMO)

so around 2am i places order with ATM, around 4am order was fiiled, profit target was accepted, but stop loss rejected:mad: there were no gaps, fast movements or smng(checked tick data), so what is the explanation?

So that I may investigate, please send a note to Support [AT] NinjaTrader [DOT] com with 'ATTN: Kyle' in the subject line.

In the message, please include the following:
1.) A link to this forum thread.

2.) Your log file from the date the order was placed and today's date.
You will find the log file in the Documents > NinjaTrader 7 > Log folder.
The file will be named 'log.YYYYMMDD.txt'.
