Hi,

I had uninstalled some programs and accidentally also uninstalled NT7...
I also used CCleaner and Wise Disk cleaner to clean the laptop.

Now I am trying to reinstall NT7 but it just gives me two options...

Repair NT7 or Remove NT7

However, despite several attempts I am unable to do either as it is searches for some old file in the temp folder... which I already cleaned.

Please see the attached images...

- When trying to remove; it is trying to find "Ninja Trader Installer.dll" from bin

- When trying to repair; it is trying to find "tmpC8B7.tmp" from temp folder

I tried a number of cleaning tools to clear the traces of NinjaTrader so as to allow for a clean install

CCleaner, AdvanceSystemCare, Wise Disk Cleaner, Wise Registry Cleaner, SpotMau PowerSuite 2010 also cleaned IE temp, etc

but I am still unable to do a fresh install, gives same error as in the attached images...

- Could you please help me install NT7 on this laptop?
- Have you come across this problem? How was it rectified?

(OS Windows 7 Ultimate 64 Bit)

Thanks,
TJ

PS:

In my years of using computers and installing programs, I have never come across such a problem... hence requesting NinjaTrader to please rectify this re-installation issue so in future a NinjaTrader user will not face such a frustrating situation.
