Leasing Ninja Trader

The ninja trader lease program is a little confusting to me.

Is it $50 per month and I can lease it on a month to month basis or do I have to pay for an entire year up front?

That is the page that I find confusing.

Do you have to lease it for a full year or can you lease it month to month. I suspect that you have to lease it for a whole year to get $50/month.

I believe the lease option you are referring to is the $600 annual lease. This would be equivalent to $50/month.
