IB Data Flow

In the last week or more, I have had a number of periods when I've been getting limited or no data from IB, particularly market depth. Just wanted to know if its primarily me, or a narrowing of my cable bandwidth, or IB.

There was a period today when I was getting indices, but no globex data.

Any insight would be appreciated.

With IB you can only run 3 market depth streams total. Could you be running into that limitation?
