NYMEX Crude through otFeed

I use opentick's otFeed with NinjaTrader, and have a subscription to Globex Level I through opentick. I am trying to load the CLZ7 contract in NinjaTrader, and I keep getting error 1003 No Data when I try and load a chart for CL 12-07. Further, I can't get anything in the T&S either.

I am using NinjaTrader v6.0.1000.5. Instructions on getting this working would be much appreciated - I do not know if the issue is with human error at my end, otFeed, or NT.

Interestingly, I can access other Globex instruments for example 6B 12-07, and QM 12-07 (NYMEX mini crude - not liquid enough though - I need the full CL).

OpenTick currently does not have the NYMEX datafeed.

Some NYMEX symbols post trading activity through GLOBEX's order book, but the availability is very limited so it is not recommended to use.

OpenTick hoping to get NYMEX up in our system soon but it is a few months off at this point, sorry for any confusion.

Thank you for your prompt reply. It looks like I'll need to go off and cancel my $20/month Globex subscription then.

Can I have an estimate of when L2 data will be ready for opentick? Further, do you have any ideas of where I could obtain quotes for the CL contract?

Hello,

I do not have an exact date of when Level 2 data will be ready for OpenTick. You may want to contact them for a specific time.

You can receive CL data from one of our supported Futures datafeeds. Please refer to the link below on what data is provided by each data feed.

I was just wondering if you had some more up to date information about that, but I'll contact the OpenTick people instead. I am using version 6.0.1000.8 which if I understand correctly is the latest version. I have also followed the ECBOT/CME migration guide. I can now get time and sales for the YM, however the best bid/offer is now missing.
