ATM Strategy grayed out even for SIM account

I know ATM strategy grayed out if i dont have paid NT license and trading in my live account. I am using NT 7 for Zenfire. I try to use Sim account and ATM strategy there also grayed out.
Can anyone let me know if that is how it is?
