Problem with charts - after turning Ninja on after few days gap

Hi Support,

I turned my Ninja software off on Thursday evening and turned them on Sunday. I am using IBdatafeed. When I load my charts, I see the minute data correctly but not tick charts or volume charts. For volume charts, I just see one very big volume bar for my chart on Friday.

Why does this happen, any way to fix it so that I can tick charts or volume charts even if power on Ninja after a gap of a day?

I have my other charting software Sierra with IBfeed, from which I am moving to Ninja and it gets tick charts and volume charts displayed correctly even after starting the software after a few days gap.

Hi RK:

IB does not offer historical tick/volume data into NinjaTrader. Therefore, if you do not have a continuously running connection to IB, you will not receive this data.

You may wish to add a datafeed such as eSignal, Open Tick or DTNiQ which offers historical tick, minute and daily data and are compatible with NT for this information. More information can be found here:
