Hi, I have been using kinetic as my data feed. i am dropping them because several of my support requests have not been responded to, and I there always seem to be 3 or 4 instruments that have wierd behavior or data gaps that I cannot seem to fix on my own.

So I signed up for an esignal account. i am using NT7. When I tried to connect to esignal as my data provider, I get the message that "esignal is not available in the 64 bit version of ninja trader. you must use the 32 bit version." So I go on to the NT website to download the 32 bit version... but i only see one option to download NT7. How do I set up a 32 bit version?

Hello Darell,

Once you installed NinjaTrader 7 on a 64 bit operating system, you will see 2 NinjaTrader icons on your desktop. One is specified with '64 bit', while the other icon just refers 'NinjaTrader 7'. Please double click the icon that does not list '64 bit' to run NinjaTrader in 32 bit.

Hi Jason,

Since today eSignal 11 64bit is out of beta.
Are there already plans to support eSignal 64bit datafeed in NT7 ?

Thanks,

Karsten

Hello Karsten,

I am not aware, however I will forward your inquiry to Development to put it on the list of future considerations.

Thank you for letting us know regarding eSignal 11.
