What happens with there is not enough money in the account to enter into the position? Ie. EnterLong(5); but I only have enough buying power to do say (3)???

Is it an ALL or NONE situation???

The order will likely be rejected by your broker and the current production version of NT will react to that rejection by canceling anypending orders, closing any existing strategy generated position and terminating the strategy.
