Fib Extensions

Can someone tell me how to use the fib extension properties to make the fib extension values exceed 100%. For example I would like to use 100%, 1.38%, and 1.62% for fib extensions. But when I put in those values in the properties windows they all three show up overlapping at the 100% value at the same place on the chart, instead of spread out at the correct areas.
